Terms of Use

By using the Frijoleras website or apps, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Local pickup only

Frijoleras sells a limited daily drop of made-to-order drinks for in-person pickup within Arizona. We do not ship and do not deliver outside our pickup area.

Cottage-food notice

Frijoleras products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government food-safety inspection, under Arizona's cottage-food program. Ingredient, allergen, preparer, and production-date information is provided on each package and on product pages. We do not claim products are allergen-free; if you have a food allergy, contact us before ordering.

Orders, availability & pricing

Items are available only while the daily drop is open and in stock; availability is not guaranteed until your order is paid. Prices, discounts, taxes, and totals are calculated and confirmed on our server at checkout. Estimated pickup and ready times are estimates, not guarantees.

Payments & taxes

Payments are processed by Square. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total shown at checkout, including any applicable tax and tip. We never store your full card number.

Rewards program

Members earn approximately 100 points for every $10 spent on drinks (excluding tax and tips); every 1,000 points may be redeemed for a free drink, subject to program rules. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and we may modify or end the program with notice.

Refunds & cancellations

If we cannot fulfill your order, or an item is unavailable after payment, we will refund the affected amount. For other issues, contact us and we will make it right consistent with our posted policy and applicable law.

User content & community guidelines

Frijoleras lets members post reviews and suggestions ("user content"). You are responsible for the content you submit, and it must be your own honest experience.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or that infringes anyone's rights, and you may not impersonate others or abuse other users. Submitted content is screened, and content that violates these rules may be filtered or removed.

You can report any review you find objectionable using the report control on that review, and you can block a user so you no longer see their content. Reported content is removed from public view immediately, pending our review, and we act on reports within 24 hours — removing violating content and suspending or banning repeat or abusive offenders. By using the app you agree to these rules; using the app means there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Intellectual property

The Frijoleras name, logo, content, and app are owned by Skoltra LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
