We only say yes to the right houses. Here’s the whole path.
Tell us about you and your neighborhood. Every operator gets a protected territory — no two Frijoleras cottages within 10 miles of each other — so you're never competing with another one of us.
You're invited to the original Frijoleras house to try every drink on the menu with Leslie. You have to love what we make — and what we stand for — before you can sell it.
Our quality standard is strict. We walk your space to make sure it's spotless and has a dedicated, suitable work area — the same bar every Frijoleras cottage is held to.
Once your home is approved you receive your full disclosure packet. Take your time with it — after a 14-day review, you sign and pay (financing available) and you're officially a Frijoleras operator.
Your LLC and TPT license, your food-handler certification, your kit at your door, and our step-by-step recipes and SOPs. Then your address goes live in the app and orders start coming to you.
