Cottage-Food Disclosure

Frijoleras products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government food-safety inspection, under Arizona's cottage-food program.

Each package is labeled with the preparer's name and registration number, the full ingredient list, allergen information, the production date, the required home-kitchen notice, and the Arizona Department of Health Services cottage-food program URL.

Products are sold and handed to customers in person within Arizona only. Time/temperature-controlled items are kept at required temperatures and delivered directly to the consumer.
